About the Job
Manage STEP Process Daily:
- Leads Safety culture in Stockroom.
- Plans for daily truck unloading and assign Associate tasks.
- Ensures STEP team processes all daily receipts and runs all merchandise to the Salesfloor within allotted hours.
- Validates Better Brand Process Execution.
- Owns EAS Compliance through STOP/GO EAS audits.
- Recognizes, Coaches, and Trains STEP Associates.
- Identify and Develop Back-Up Stockroom Leader.
- Processes Received Damage MOS daily and complete Trash Inspections per process guideline.
Maintain SPG and Merchandising Standards:
- Ensures all STEP Associates complete daily SET assignments in Shoes or Lingerie.
- Observes all STEP Associates running merchandise to ensure accurate product placement.
- Ensures Impulse, Endcaps, 4-ways, and Features are full daily.
